She listened carefully about our wants and took us to a wide range of properties, some of which we might have rejected based only on the description.
Our closing got somewhat complicated, and she worked diligently to get all of the parties to the table after some difficult situations, e.g. buyers were out of state, and we had had to deal with seller's attorney; making answers difficult to get.
